All My Bags Are Packed

I'm in the Calgary International Airport, killing time between flights. The SIX HOURS between flights, not even connecting. Why?
I'm on my way to Germany!

I had meant to do a better post of this, but I kind of left packing to the last minute and ran out of time early this morning

As mentioned previously, I'm going to Kassel, Germany for summer school. Well, it's time. And I'm officially freaking out. I don't speak German! I don't have any German ancestry! I'm going into debt! I'm not even studying my major, and might not even transfer the credit!

So I just need to chill the frack out. Because I'm 21, and I've been waiting for an adventure like this for years. I've promised myself that I won't lock myself away in my hotel in Frankfurt as soon as I get there Friday morning. I'm going to the natural history museum, and then to the Main Tower, and then maybe a bus tour. And when I get back to my hotel, I'm going to blast music and eat junk and jump on the bed, singing along to Kelly Clarkson and Muse. Because this is the first time I have a hotel room to myself.

But right now? I'm just inbetween cities, waiting to leave, because it's this inbetween time that allows the doubt to settle in.
